About me

I'm Jane. A level 3 qualified clinical reflexologist dedicated to improving your wellbeing.

My story

My educational background lies in Psychology, Counselling Skills and Mental Health. I worked with many young people over the years in student support roles and also worked with international students during their first time living in the UK away from family. Alongside this I have always had a deep interest in holistic wellbeing and started practicing yoga, this taught me the value of calming your nervous system and breathwork.

I didn't arrive at reflexology by accident. I arrived at it through lived experience — through my own body telling me, quite insistently, that it needed something different.

For years I experienced symptoms I couldn't explain. Persistent digestive problems, fatigue, brain fog and a sense of just not quite feeling well. It was during this time that I first tried reflexology, and I remember being struck by something I couldn't fully articulate: that the gentle pressure of someone working specific points on my feet could create such a tangible sense of lightness and balance elsewhere in my body — and in my mind.

When I was eventually diagnosed with Coeliac Disease, so much fell into place, however, like so many I'm also experiencing peri-menopause, a busy full life with children, work, the immediacy of the modern world... In other words, life.

I believe, it is more important than ever to sometimes stop, take an hour, breath and I am passionate about helping you do this.

The path to SOUL

I have a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and a Level 2 Counselling Skills certification, and I spent years working with young people in student support roles — including supporting international students navigating life in the UK away from their families for the first time. People, and their wellbeing, have always been where my heart is.

I took a step back from that work to raise my two daughters, now 10 and 12 — a decision I will never regret. Being present for those years was an extraordinary privilege. But somewhere in the stepping back, I lost a little of myself, too. My confidence. My sense of professional purpose.

About 18 months ago I began practising yoga regularly, and something shifted. I started to understand — really understand — the power of calming the nervous system. Of breath. Of deliberately choosing stillness in a world that rewards constant motion.

Then came the lightbulb moment: a conversation at a friend's 40th birthday party with an old friend, the wonderful and award-winning reflexologist Daisy Robinson of *Flow with Daisy*. Something clicked into place. I knew. Why not channel everything — my love of people, my background in psychology, my personal experience of reflexology, my deep belief in holistic wellbeing — into becoming a reflexologist myself?

I threw myself into training and qualified as a Level 3 Clinical Reflexologist, accredited by the Association of Reflexologists.

SOUL was born.

Why focus on women?

If you are a woman reading this, you are probably looking for something to help you stay calm and balanced as you navigate all that modern society throws at you.

That line feels true to me because I have lived it. The relentless pace. The invisible load. The pressure to respond immediately, to stay on top of everything, to be well and capable and present — often while quietly managing physical and emotional challenges that no one can see.

I want to help women like me. Like my friends. Like my mum. And young girls like my daughters.

Whether you are navigating perimenopause, struggling with hormonal symptoms, processing grief, or simply running on empty and needing something just for you — I am here, and I understand more than you might expect.
